Full Flavored Iced Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 tablespoons tea (about 5 teabags)
1 quart water
1 -6 tablespoon sugar
1 quart ice, plus more for the glass
Preparation

Heat the tea bags and water in a medium, non reactive saucepan over medium heat until dark, very steamy and small bubbles form on the bottom and sides (instant read thermometer will register about 190), 10 to 15 minutes.
Off heat steep 3 minutes (don't steep any longer or it may get bitter).
Remove and discard the tea bags and pour tea into a pitcher.
Stir in sugar until dissolved.
Stir in ice until melted.
Serve in ice filled glasses.
