Moist Molasses Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses or 1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tablespoons oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
grease 12 muffin pan.
combine wheat bran, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
stir in nuts and raisins.
in separate bowl blend applesauce, milk, molasses, oils and egg.
add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until moistenede.
spoon into muffin pan.
bake for 15-20 minutes.
