Canton Noodle Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces chow mein noodles, Wel-Pac Stir-Fry Noodles
    1 lb pork steaks, breakfast style
    4 green onions, with tops
    1 red onion
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    5 cups cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot
    1 cup stir-fry sauce
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoons peanut oil
Preparation
    Cook & drain noodles per package.
    Chop/dice pork steaks.
    Chop green onions 1\" long and halved.
    Cut red onion in wedges.
    Heat wok or large frying pan over high heat.
    Heat oil, add pork n pepper, stir-fry untill browned. (est 3 to 4 min).
    Add onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add cabbage, carrot, noodles, sauce, and pepper.
    Cook 3 min untill heated thru.
