Quick Oriental Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb beef or 1 lb chicken
    1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1 (14 ounce) can chinese mixed vegetables or (16 ounce) package frozen chinese mixed vegetables
    10 3/4 ounces chicken broth
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    7 ounces spaghetti, broken
    3/4 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 cup green onion (garnish)
Preparation
    Brown meat with Garlic.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat and cover.
    Simmer about 25 minutes.
    Serve immediately and garnish with Green Onions.
