Jello Fluff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (24 ounce) container low fat cottage cheese
1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free jello (I prefer lime and orange but any flavor will do)
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and dry jello mix until cottage cheese is thoroughly colored by jello.
Add pineapple and mix well.
Fold in cool whip.
Refrigerate 4-6 hours.
