frozen pork chop, any number
Dijon mustard
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
oil
Preparation

Brush frozen chops with mustard.
Coat both sides with bread crumbs.
place in glass baking dish.
drizzle a little oil in the middle.
bake at 350 for 40 minutes more or less depending on the thickness of the chops.
