Low-Fat Gooey Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup milk (I use 1%)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 cups hot water
Preparation
    Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and add the milk and vanilla.
    Spread the batter in an ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Combine the brown sugar and the other 3 TB unsweetened cocoa and sprinkle over the batter.
    Pour the hot water over this.
    DO NOT STIR!
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with light whipped topping.
