Creamy Mushroom Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 yellow onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 lb mushroom, diced
    3 cups beef broth, low sodium
    370 ml fat-free condensed milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    1. Over medium heat, saute vegetables in butter, till onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
    2. Add beef broth and simmer for 15 minutes, until vegetables are cooked through.
    3. Remove from heat and add condensed heat. season to taste, serve.
