4 egg whites
1/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
3 tablespoons sugar-free raspberry preserves
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 dash vanilla extract
2 tablespoons nestle Nesquik no-sugar-added chocolate powder
Preparation

Blend all ingredients and pour into a 6-inch omelet pan.
Cook on medium 4 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook 1 to 2 more minutes or until done.
Serve with fruit (berries).
