Arroz Valenciana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    3 garlic cloves
    1 onion, diced
    3 chicken thighs, cut in half
    1/2 lb chorizo sausage, sliced into coins
    1 cup jasmine rice
    1/2 cup glutenous rice
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    1 lb Polish sausage, cut into coin
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 potatoes, chopped into large pieces
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/2 cup peas
    1 teaspoon safflower oil (optional)
Preparation
    soak both rices for 1 hour
    drain
    cook garlic and onion in olive oil
    add chicken and chorizo
    brown
    add fish sauce and tomato paste turning so chicken is coated with tomato paste cook 2 minutes
    add potatoes and peppers
    add sausage
    add rices and stock and milk and raisins and safflower if adding
    put into baking dish set in pan of water cover with foil bake 350 for 1 hour last 5 minutes add peas cover and bake.
