Curried Chicken And Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 -16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 small head cauliflower, broken up
    2 cups cubed potatoes
    2 cups thickly sliced carrots
    1 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves
    3/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
    1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon coriander
    1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine everything except lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a slow cooker.
    Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
    Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and cayenne.
