Thermomix Chicken Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery
    1 leek
    2 spring onions
    1 garlic clove
    40 g canola oil
    350 g chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
    400 g arborio rice
    250 ml pear juice
    125 ml chicken stock
    725 ml water
    2 tablespoons sea salt
    200 g frozen peas
Preparation
    Chop celery, set aside. Chop leek, spring onion and garlic. Add oil and cook 2 minutes/100 degrees/speed 2. Add chicken and saute 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed soft. Add chopped celery, rice and pear juice, saute 3 minutes/100 degrees/speed soft. Add stock, water and salt. Cook 15 minutes/100 degrees/reverse/speed 1.5. During the last five minutes, add the frozen peas.
