Coco’S Weekend Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    3 tablespoons butter, melted
    2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons baking powder
Preparation
    Mix vinegar and milk together.
    Whisk eggs until foamy.
    Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
    Add all dry ingredients except flour and mix well.
    Using a spoon, stir in flour.
    Let sit for about 5 minutes.
    Pan or griddle fry until bubbles break the surface and edges are firm.
    Flip and cook until golden brown.
