Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs cooked chicken, boneless and skinless
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 ounces sour cream
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/2 cup oleo
    1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
    2 cups uncooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Boil chicken or cook in microwave until juices run clear.
    Prepare rice according to package directions but add bouillon to water.
    Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Arrange chicken pieces over rice.
    Blend soups, milk, sour cream and pepper in medium bowl.
    Sprinkle chicken with pouiltry seasoning and pour soup mixture over chicken and rice.
    Melt butter, add bread crumbs and poppy seeds.
    Sprinkle over all.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
