Olive Oil And Vinegar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 small garlic cloves, mashed
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine egg, garlic, and oil; beat with rotary beater until thick.
    Blend in cheese, salt, and cayenne.
    Add vinegar to taste; mix well.
    Serve with Romaine lettuce and croutons.
