Honey-Thyme Lemon Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon thyme
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 1/2 teaspoons lemons, zest of
    3/4 lb egg noodles (I like the frozen egg noodles, especially Ream's brand)
    3 scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend with honey, thyme, salt, pepper, juice and zest.
    Cook noodles according to pacakge directions and drain.
    Toss noodles with honey mixture and top with scallions.
    Serve with chicken or turkey.
