Cafe Caribbean - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Amaretto
3/4 ounce rum
4 ounces coffee
1 teaspoon sugar
whipped cream, for topping

Preparation

The sugar and whipped cream can be replaced with one big scoop of good ice cream.
Mix Amaretto, rum and coffee,Add sugar.
Top with whipped cream.
