Banana Protein Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg whites
    2/3 cup uncooked oatmeal
    2/3 cup Fiber One cereal
    2 bananas
    6 tablespoons jam (no or low sugar)
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    6 g stevia plus (6 packets)
    1 ounce chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix everything except the cereal and nuts in a blender. (Note: recipe does not state exact amount of cinnamon or vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon is a guesstimate).
    Fold in the cereal and mix well.
    Line a muffin tin with aluminum cupcake liners and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    Pour the muffin batter evenly into each tin and top with the nuts.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
