Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar, egg and vanilla.
Sift in dry ingredients.
Add cornflakes, oats, coconut and nuts.
Roll into small balls an place 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-15 minutes.
