Creole Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tablespoons butter
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    3 tablespoons flour
    2 cups cooked tomatoes (canned is fine)
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3 cups cooked cauliflower
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan; add onion and bell pepper, lightly brown
    Blend in flour; add tomatoes and salt
    Heat to boiling point and cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring constantly
    Add cauliflower and heat through.\r\nServe on buttered toast
