Aloha Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup banana, mashed ripe (about 2 medium)
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tablespoon orange peel, grated
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon almond extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1/2 cup nuts, chopped
    1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Beat in banana, milk, orange peel and extracts.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture just until moistened.
    Fold in the coconut, nuts and pineapple.
    Transfer to a greased 9x 5 x 3 inches loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
