Breakfast Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 cup leftover oatmeal
    1 cup raisins
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Beat together wet ingredients.
    Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients, just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in raisins.
    Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
    Bake at 350*F for 18 minutes.
