Popcorn Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    2 cups popped popcorn, lightly crushed
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in the popcorn, chocolate chips and pecans.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 13-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
