Sugar And Spice Candied Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups pecan halves
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon cardamom
    1/2 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Butter large cookies sheets.
    Heat in a saucepan melted butter, water and sugar till sugar is dissolved, add spices and pecans stirring till well coated about 3-5 minutes.
    Transfer to cookie sheet and bake until golden about 10 minutes.
    Cool store in airtight containers.
