Sausage Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb pork sausage
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    3/4 cup milk
    1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
    1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Add to an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
