Guadalajara Burger With Tequila-Spiked Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Burger
    1 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    1 lb ground round
    4 kaiser rolls
    Tequila-Spiked Salsa
    2 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/3 cup chopped peeled avocado
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 teaspoons tequila
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Burger: Prepare grill.
    Combine chili powder, salt, and beef. Divide into four portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch thick patty.
    Grill five minutes on each side, or until done. Grill rolls, cut sides down for one minute or until toasted.
    Place one patty, along with 1/3 cup of salsa on each bun.
    Salsa: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss gently.
