Summer Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium red apples, diced
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 1/2 cups sliced celery
    1 cup seedless grapes, halves
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 cup chopped almonds
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine apples, pineapple, celery, grapes, carrott and almonds.
    In a small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add to apple mixture and toss to coat.
    Chill till ready to serve.
