Apricot Trail Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raw almonds
    1 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup cashews
    2 cups dried apricots, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350*.
    Place almonds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
    In a large bowl, place cashews and apricots. Add roasted seeds and nuts.
