Mean Green Juice (For Juicer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cucumber (I peeled it)
4 celery ribs
2 apples, cored
6 -8 kale leaves
1/2 lemon (rind removed)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (I used about 1-inch of the root)

Preparation

Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Run through juicer and enjoy! Great over ice.
