Port And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb imperial cheddar cheese (cold pack)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup port wine
    serve with apple wedges dipped in lemon juice
Preparation
    Crumble cheese.
    Beat together with sour cream and Port.
    Chill at least 3 hours and preferably overnight (covered tightly).
    This definitely improves with age.
