White Chocolate Chip-Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 cup sugar
    2 large eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups uncooked oats
    2 cups white chocolate chips
    1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat butter at medium speed with mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow dissapears after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
    Combine flour and next 3 ingredients, gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in oats, chocolate morsels, and pecans. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Cool on baking sheets 3 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
