Preparation

One: Thread a mint leaf and a marinated artichoke heart on the skewer; dust with cheese.
Two: Thread a grape, chunk of cheese, and a chunk of chorizo on the skewer.
Three: Thread a watermelon chunk, fresh basil leaf, followed by a cherry tomato; drizzle with olive oil and sea salt.
Four: Thread a slice of jalapeno, chunk of avocado, and a wedge of jicama onto a skewer; spritz with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Five: Drizzle mozzarella balls with olive oil. Roll one in red pepper flakes; wrap another with an anchovy fillet; squeeze third with lemon juice. Thread all three onto one skewer.
Six: Thread half a caper berry, a chunk of roasted red pepper, and a crouton on a skewer: drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
