Oregano Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tablespoon chopped dry-packed sun-dried tomato
    1 tablespoon fresh oregano
Preparation
    In small bowl, whisk togheter vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Gradually whisk in oil.
    Cover sun-dried tomatoes with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Drain and add to dressing.
    Stir in oregano.
