Leg Of Lamb In The Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leg of lamb, rolled
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
    5 cups water
    1 large sweet onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
    Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
    Remove roast and let set 20 minutes before carving.
    Slice thin.
