Hotel Hershey'S Chocolate Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts, 9-inch
    3 cups bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    9 whole eggs
    1 1/2 cups buttermilk
    1/8 cup vanilla
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Add dry ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Add buttermilk and vanilla to complete. Pour over raw pie crust. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, until custard-like. Cool and top with cool whip to serve.
