Banana-Oat Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1 banana, cut into thirds
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    2 teaspoons honey
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Put everything in the blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
