Sesame Free Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 ounces garbanzo beans
1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation

Rinse garbanzo beans in a strainer .
Soak garbanzo beans in water for 1-2 minutes.
Put garbanzo beans in food processor.
Put olive oil, black pepper, oregano, dried basil, and lemon juice in food processor seperately.
Turn on the food processor for five minutes.
If not satisfied with texture, put in olive oil to make smoother and turn on food processor for 1 minute until satisfied.
