Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce pineapple schnapps
3/4 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup ice
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
Serve in a stemmed cocktail glass, garnished with fresh fruit or a cherry, if desired.
