Lemon Streusel Bread - cooking recipe

1 cup butter (divided)
2 1/4 cups sugar (divided)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons lemon extract (divided)
4 cups flour (divided)
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Soften butter.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Grease and flour 9 by 13 baking dish.
Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and the eggs.
Add milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract.
Sift in 3 cups flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix well.
Spread in baking dish.
Combine 1/2 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract, and 1 cup flour.
Sprinkle over top of batter in baking dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
