Pear Cardamom Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cardamom
    1 1/2 cups chopped unpeeled pears (1-2)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup milk
    2 eggs
    topping
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F; grease bottom of loaf pan.
    Mix all ingredients, except topping, in a large bowl.
    Pour into loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top.
    Bake 55-65 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean cool 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely, 1 hour.
