Pear-Y Good Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free lime gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup ice water
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pears with juice, drained
    4 ounces 1% fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Place the jello in a meduim mixing bowl (I just use a cleaned out cool whip container), add one cup boiling water. Stir till dissolved, at least 2 minutes.
    Add ice water, stirring well.
    Place in refridgerator till semi-jelled.
    Add pears and cottage cheese, stirring to combine.
    Chill until firm.
