Warm Chorizo And Tomato Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chorizo sausages, chopped into about 15 pieces
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped to thumbnail size
    salt and pepper
    1 bunch parsley, small bunch, roughly chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 slices sourdough bread
    handful fresh basil
Preparation
    Fry chorizo and onion in the oil until caramelized.
    Add Tomatos and cook till they start to break down.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Fold in the parsley and garlic and simmer for another 2 minutes or so.
    Place the bread on the plate and spoon the chorizo and juices over it.
