Mezcal Buck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ounces mezcal
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup (2 parts sugar, 1 part water)
3 -4 ounces chilled ginger beer
Preparation

Add the mezcal, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously; strain into an ice-filled highball glass; top with the ginger beer.
