Artichoke And Tomato Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
    3 tomatoes, sliced
    1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
    2 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
    In a greased gratin dish, overlap artichoke and tomato slices.
    Sprinkle with chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
    Combine breadcrumbs and Swiss cheese; sprinkle over vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
    Bake until top is golden, about 25 minutes.
