Ginger Miso Dip Or Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb fresh ginger
    1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp white miso
    3 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 small garlic clove
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice ginger. Peel garlic clove.
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy on highest setting until mixture is very smooth, 1-2 minutes.
