Applejack Toddy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole clove
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice (1/2 tablespoon)
and 1 lemon slice
2 ounces Applejack (4 tablespoons)
1/4 ounce pure maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon)
1 cinnamon stick
Preparation

Press the clove into the lemon slice.
Place the Applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a heatproof mug.
Top with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir. Float the lemon slice on top.
