Pecanless Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup margarine, melted
pie crust
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Lay a square of foil on top of the pie if it starts to get too brown.
Let cool before serving.
