Coconut Kau Kau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes
    3 tablespoons coconut, grated
    3 tablespoons coconut cream
    3 teaspoons orange juice
    50 g butter, softened
    salt
    1/4 cup cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wrap potatoes in foil.
    Bake for 1 hour or until done.
    Remove from oven.
    Cut lengthwise.
    Scoop out 3/4 into bowl.
    Add all other ingredients except cheese.
    Refill potatoes.
    Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
    Broil just until melted.
