Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
8 ounces beets, any cut well drained
salt
pepper
Preparation

Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Saute minced onion in butter until tender and translucent.
Stir in orange marmalade and beets.
Cover and warm over low heat until heated through.
Add salt and pepper.
