Dill Butter Tilapia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tilapia fillets
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon dried dill
    2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1tsp of garlic seasoning)
Preparation
    Over medium heat in a small sauce pan, melt butter.
    Add garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
    Add dill, mix well, let cook another 2 minutes.
    Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375F.
    Rince tilapia under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel.
    Place tilapia in a deep baking dish.
    Pour dill butter mixture over filets.
    Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
